It's leather with a soft cloth backing. It ties to the bike frame in front of and at the seat end of the tank, and the hole fits around the speedo. You just tie it on. Suzuki has one for sale, but it doesn't have the pouch. I saw it in the Chaparral book we just got (it's in the "Suzuki" section in the back). Seems to me that it would be easier to buy that one, and then add the pouch to it yourself.
